What you'll be doing Providing accurate Retail & E-commerce forecasts to support effective resource planning. Managing inbound inventory in line with the agreed WSSI forecast. Leading the booking-in team to ensure they meet the requirements and expectations of key stakeholders. Providing detailed reporting and analysis on Supplier Compliance and Jira tickets, including root-cause investigation and insight generation. Building strong, sustainable working relationships with DHL and other key operational partners. Reviewing and developing processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and improve performance. We're looking for someone who Has strong knowledge of inventory planning, forecasting methods, warehouse operations, and ERP/data analytics tools. Brings excellent analytical capability and experience using ERP, WMS, or other supply-chain systems. Demonstrates confident leadership and team-management skills. Communicates clearly and effectively with stakeholders, simplifying complexity into clear actions. Works well under pressure, balancing tight deadlines with accuracy. Can influence others and drive improvements in forecasting, planning, and operational processes.
