Overview Of The Role
Whether you are new to the industry or have a social care background, Choice Care welcomes your application. You will receive in‑house training and will work alongside our permanent staff to make a huge difference in people’s lives. You will enjoy days out, trips away and many activities that keep our residents safe, happy and fulfilled.
Key Duties
* Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
* Medication administration
* Assisting and participating in residents’ daily activities, hobbies or outings
* Following care plan guidance alongside Company policies and procedures
* Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
* Maintaining written daily records
* Attending and completing training, as required

Being patient, reliable, flexible, a team player and a good communicator are key characteristics of a successful Bank Social Care Worker.
