About
You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers through various methods including cold calling, email campaigns, and prospecting to our existing base, to feed them into the sales pipeline. This role involves researching potential clients, initiating contact, building relationships to generate appointments and leads, and managing existing customers to minimize churn and facilitate re-signs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Identification & Generation: Research, track, and maintain a database of potential customers.
2. Lead Qualification: Contact prospects to assess their suitability and potential for conversion.
3. Communication & Outreach: Make outbound calls, send targeted email campaigns, and engage prospects via social media.
4. Database Management: Keep the lead generation database accurate and up-to-date.
5. Customer Research: Conduct market research to identify leads and understand customer needs.
6. Lead Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects at various sales stages.
7. Cross-sell and Up-sell: Manage existing small business customers to identify opportunities for additional sales and reduce churn.
Development
Proactively seek feedback for personal growth, undertake relevant training, and stay informed about market changes.

Employ effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to meet targets. Uphold company values and stay updated with company news.
