Engineering Leader - Late Shift (Mon-Fri) Cambridgeshire | £51,000 - £56,000 + attractive benefits I'm working with a well-established manufacturing business in Cambridgeshire who are looking to appoint an Engineering Leader for their late shift (5pm-2am, Monday to Friday). This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll take ownership of maintenance activity during the night shift, supporting a small team and ensuring the smooth running of site equipment. You'll be the key engineering presence on shift, working closely with production to keep downtime to a minimum.
