Job Description:

Recruit UK are working with a well-established, client-centric wealth management firm who are now seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join their team in Birmingham. This boutique IFA firm prides itself on delivering exceptional client service, maintaining strong long-term relationships, and operating with efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.


Due to continued growth and internal evolution, they are looking for a Practice Manager who can provide operational leadership, drive efficiency, and ensure the smooth running of the business.


Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

* Overseeing the implementation and ongoing monitoring of the client service proposition
* Ensuring prompt and accurate updates to processes and documentation
* Creating and maintaining client-facing materials
* Managing compliance activities, identifying risks, and reporting to the Board
* Mapping, training, and implementing efficient internal processes
* Ownership and development of Intelligent Office (IO), ensuring data accuracy and maximised usage
* Managing communication and information-sharing with the senior management team

Skills and experience required:

* Previous experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management company (must have)
* Ideally at least 2 years’ direct line management experience
* Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma (preferred but not essential)
* Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office and standard office software
* Proven experience in staff management, coaching, and development
