Riverside Environmental Services Ltd, part of the Celnor Group, is a national provider of testing and inspection services. With over 90 employees, we're committed to protecting people and delivering expert, independent, and responsive services.
Ideally, We're looking for a BDM with asbestos experience, we're also open to a candidate with some environmental sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Complete a 4-week onboarding programme to gain a deep understanding of our services, value proposition and commercial strategy
* Identify and convert new business opportunities through outbound sales calls and outreach
* Re-engage lapsed or dormant accounts to unlock further commercial potential
* Maintain and update our CRM system (HubSpot) with accurate sales activity and pipeline progress
* Collaborate with technical colleagues to develop proposals, specifications and pricing
* Lead client negotiations to close deals and secure long-term relationships
* Consistently work to meet and exceed agreed sales targets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We're looking for a motivated and engaging professional with the following experience and attributes:
* Demonstrable success in B2B consultative sales, ideally within a service-led industry
* Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-face
* Proactive and self-starting approach, with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
* Confident using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
