We are currently recruiting for a H beauty Marketing and Partnerships Lead to drive the strategy and execution of H beauty’s marketing and partnership campaigns, driving brand impact and commercial success across the UK. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
About the Role
As H beauty Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you will own the delivery of our FY26 marketing and partnership strategy, ensuring campaigns are on brand, on time, and on budget. You’ll oversee major initiatives such as the H beauty Brand Campaign, Chester launch, and seasonal activations, while managing media income targets and building strong relationships with priority brand partners. Leading a talented team, you’ll inspire cross-functional collaboration and deliver best-in-class campaigns that resonate with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement and optimise the H beauty Marketing & Partnerships strategy for FY26.
2. Design and deliver priority campaigns including H beauty On Tour 3.0, Carnival 5.0, and Holiday activations.
3. Manage the annual marketing calendar, critical paths, and stakeholder communications.
4. Lead and develop a team of marketing specialists, fostering collaboration across creative, retail, and loyalty functions.
