Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This hybrid role is based out of our Flint headquarters, with regular travel to project sites across North Wales and the North West.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects from pre-start through to completion—ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover
* Oversee site activity and ensure progress aligns with the programme
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Ensure strict compliance with health & safety and company procedures
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage project variations
* Conduct site visits, quality checks, and attend project progress meetings
* Produce progress reports and liaise with senior management
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or refurbishment sector
* Solid understanding of site logistics, health & safety, and programme control
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent leadership and communication abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites
Desirable:
* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
* Experience working in live environments (e.g., schools, healthcare settings)
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and compliance standards
