We are looking to recruit a part time Front of house to join our Team.
The birthplace of Electric, and one of the most beautiful hairdressing salons in Brighton, Electric is set in a double bay fronted townhouse on Ship Street, in the heart of the unique and creative Lanes.
The Brighton team have achieved some the highest accolades in the industry including British Hairdressing Business Awards for Salon Management, Training and Education to The Fellowship of British Hairdressing Merit of Excellence Award. The passion for their craft is evident in all they do.
The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator and will relish working in a fast paced creative environment.
The Front of House role is vital to the salon running efficiently and effectively. Front of house/ reception /hospitality experience is preferred.
This is a position is pivotal to the salon, and one that carries significant responsibilities for the successful running of a busy day.
You will need exceptional customer service skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and be highly organised. As Front of House for Electric you'll work closely with our team of committed and passionate stylists, helping motivate performance and maximise profits.
The Role involves -
Meeting, greeting and guiding the client through the Electric journey.
Controlling appointments via our booking platform.
Excellent product knowledge – translating into sales.
Maintaining stock control, cash up and complete transactions.
Must be able to delegate to a senior team as well as our NVQ students.
Be aware of salon targets set by head office and strive to help the team achieve these.
Salary to be discussed dependent on experience.
