Shift pattern is 48 hours a week, 2 double shifts, 3 single and 2 days off. This is a small kitchen, you will need to be able to be hands on cooking. POSITION 2: head chef - BRUNCH - Knightsbridge A head chef is required near to Knightsbridge, for a open kitchen, this venue is all about cooking infront of guests, 45k POSITION 3: Head Chef - Chefs table style This is a new opening, serving street food style food but of a rosette fine dining level and around a chefs table, cooking infront of the guests, central London, 50k POSITION 4: Head Chef - Soho Head chef required for a small group of restaurants and this is for one of the sites they have in central london, head chef 50-55k POSITION 5: Head Chef - Daytime hours - Wandsworth This is perfect for a sous chef looking to step up to head chef level. This is a daytime hours role and is a team of 3 in total in the kitchen. POSITION 6: Head Chef - Hackney - daytime Head chef required in the Hackney area for a daytime role, this is for a kitchen creating breakfast and lunches but using amazing produce and looking for a candidate from a good quality establishment background. £45k POSITION 7: Head Chef - Production kitchen Head chef required for a production kitchen, you will ensure everything in your kitchen runs smoothly and that the orders are ready on time. This is a meal prep production kitchen, 43k, daytime POSITION 8: Head chef Head chef required for a traditional style restaurant, central london, 45-52k, fresh food, team of 7.
