The role includes a basic salary of £35,000, with an OTE of £50,000, plus company benefits. This is an interactive, customer-facing role, suited to someone who enjoys working directly with people in a supportive, professional environment. Experience in showroom management and inquiry handling is essential, as is a commitment to delivering excellent customer care. About the Role: As a Business Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team. You'll be responsible for creating and presenting finance and product options to customers after the initial consultation with the sales team. It's important that you're confident with financial and insurance product regulations to ensure accurate and transparent information is shared. You will also support the department in delivering the Group's controlled ActiveSales process, helping the team meet performance targets. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, engaging directly with customers, and working alongside colleagues during both the first and second stages of customer interaction. You'll support the sale of new and used vehicles, along with additional products such as finance packages, paint protection, warranties, and insurance products—always with a focus on a positive customer experience.
