We are looking for a Team Leader to join a global independent soft drinks manufacturer with 78 manufacturing sites worldwide including 6 sites in the UK based in Bridgwater (TA6). As a Team Lead within a FMCG environment, you will be a key leader on the production floor, directly responsible for a team of up to 10. You will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of production lines and processes. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will manage shift resources, deliver on KPIs, and motivate your team to achieve production targets.
