The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our live music programme and strengthen the Toulouse Lautrec brand. This is a fast-paced and varied role where you’ll manage digital campaigns, develop content, oversee ticketing and event promotion, and ensure our branding remains distinct and consistent across all platforms.
You’ll be responsible for driving ticket sales, building audience engagement, and increasing in-venue spend. Working closely with the jazz club manager, you’ll report monthly on performance metrics and contribute to the club’s long-term growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Website & Content Management
* Collate marketing materials from artists and create event ticket links on the website
* Write compelling marketing copy for online, email, and social platforms
* Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and tone
Campaigns
* Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns for shows and event series
* Manage club newsletters and email marketing
* Coordinate marketing materials across digital and print
Social Media & Digital
* Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Develop content calendars and track trends to boost engagement
* Run paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads and Google Ads
Design & Branding
* Produce graphics using Photoshop, etc and high quality video content across Premiere Pro and Cap Cut.
* Maintain visual consistency across all media
* Contribute fresh creative ideas and seasonal marketing concepts
Analytics & Performance
* Track key performance metrics (ticket sales, engagement, ROI)
* Provide regular insights and reports to inform future strategy
* Adapt campaigns based on data, feedback, and audience behaviour
Essential Skills & Experience
* 2+ years in a marketing role, ideally in music, events, or hospitality
* Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and email marketing tools
* Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut
* Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
* Social media native with deep understanding of platform-specific content
* A genuine passion for live music—especially jazz and its surrounding genres
Desirable Skills
* Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro)
* Graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Experience with Google Apps Script or automation tools
* Understanding of SEO and website content optimisation
* Background in hospitality or event coordination
