The Opportunity

What will my accountabilities be?
* Brand Leadership: Lead and execute brand activation and ensure brand consistency across all touch points
* Social & Digital Strategy: Manage content across all channels.
* Retail & Trade Marketing: Plan and execute in-store marketing activations an
Who will I be working with?
Internal & External
Reporting directly to the Founder and collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance.
A great candidate will have:
️ 4+ years of brand marketing experience in FMCG (preferably with a challenger brand)
️ Social media and content creation experience
️ A creative and strategic mindset, turning your ideas into actions
️ A passion for purpose-led brands
️ Organisational skills, managing multiple projects and maintaining high attention to detail

* Salary: c£55,000 + performance-based bonus
* Flexible Working: Hybrid( 2 days in office)
