Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
* Analyze and improve existing business processes related to utility operations (e.g., billing, metering, outage management, customer service).
* Work on projects involving
Customer Information Systems (CIS)

Meter Data Management (MDM)
,
SCADA
, and
GIS
platforms.
* Translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories or specifications.
* Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases.
* Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes.
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Act as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the
utilities domain
