The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, versatility is your greatest asset. Depending on the booking, you might be:

Supporting Learning: Helping students understand lesson objectives and keeping them focused on their tasks.

Managing Behaviour: Using your communication skills to de:escalate low:level disruption and keep the class on track.
*
Building Rapport: Quickly establishing a connection with students who may be meeting you for the first time.
*
Assisting Staff: working alongside class teachers to prepare resources and ensure the school day runs efficiently.

Requirements

Experience: You must have recent experience working with children or young people (e.g., in schools, sports coaching, youth work, or care).
