Personal Assistant / Carer
Purpose of the job
Personal assistant required for a young gentleman in CW12 area. Client has selective autism and PA would need to support client to build communication and independence. Flexible hours every other Wednesday. A DBS check will be required for the role prior to starting employment.
Hours and rate of Pay
£12.50 per hour
Every other Wednesday – hours to be discussed on interview
Main Duties
Building confidence
Life skills
Support client to develop independence and communication through activities such as:
Going out for meals
Using public transport
Going to the cinema
Personal Assistant Specification
DBS check will be required.
Assistant must be honest, trustworthy, and reliable.
My assistant must respect my privacy and always maintain my dignity. They will need to be patient to understand my needs and requests and build communication with me over time.
My assistant must be enthusiastic and flexible with a caring disposition and be able to work well independently.
The post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure which will be funded through your employer.
