About the role:
You will support the Team Manager in leading and providing supervision to 3-4 social workers, assisting with the quality assurance of your team’s work and case allocation; completing joint visits and/or attending court; contributing to the induction of new staff; and contributing to effective communication.
What we are looking for in an Assistant Team Manager:
10. You will have attained PEPS Stage 1 and 2 and/or undertaken leadership training for first line managers.
11. You will have substantial experience in relationship and strengths-based practice and experience in child protection and court work.
12. You will hold a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England
13. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential.
