Perform and coordinate method validations and method transfers. Lead the management of stability studies and data analysis. Train and mentor staff on the correct use and calibration of laboratory equipment (e.g., HPLC, UV, IR, AA). Maintain accurate calibration records and ensure all equipment is fit for use. Supervise Analytical Development Analysts, managing workload and resource planning using internal systems.
