Future Build are working with a leading name in the construction industry to find a Commercial Manager to join their business from an office in Oxford. The business is in a very healthy position with strong forward order book, having seen consistent year on year growth.
Projects are all new build and vary from £10 million to £100 million in value, covering residential, commercial and social housing sectors.
The ideal candidate will be used to leading the commercial oversight of multiple projects, with a team of surveyors under them, reporting directly to the MD. Responsibilities include:
* Reviewing final accounts
* Managing client relationships
* Driving value and profitability on projects
* Close Liaison with Head of Delivery and Technical
