Job Description
We are currently recruiting experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and support local schools in long-term and permanent roles.
These positions are ideal for dedicated and reliable SEN TAs who are available 4–5 days per week and have a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Ideal Candidates Will:
* Have previous SEN experience (essential)
* Be available to work 4 to 5 days per week
* Be open to long-term and permanent placements
* Be reliable, committed, and professional
* Have a genuine passion for SEN and inclusive education
* Be confident supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
The Role:
* Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis
* Assist with classroom learning and tailored SEN support plans
* Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
* Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements:
* Proven SEN experience in a school setting
