About the Role This role is ideal for a Senior Care Assistant with care home experience who is confident leading shifts and delivering high‑quality elderly care. Responsibilities Provide person‑centred elderly care Lead and support Care Assistants on shift Complete care plans and risk assessments Monitor resident wellbeing and escalate concerns Support medication administration Ensure CQC compliance and care standards Qualifications Experience as a Senior Care Assistant Care home background (elderly care essential) Level 2 Health & Social Care Good leadership and communication skills (Level 3 desirable or willingness to work towards) Required Skills Experience as a Senior Care Assistant, care home background, good leadership and communication skills. Preferred Skills Level 3 Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards it. Pay range and compensation package £13.90–£14.45 per hour, competitive hourly pay with weekend uplift, fixed 2‑week rota (includes alternate weekends).
