Role: Customer Insight Analyst
Location: We operate a hybrid schedule, meaning 2-3 days a week in the office based at Thorpe Park, Leeds (LS15 8GB)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, DOE, plus extensive benefits

Working hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week. We work on a core hours principle. Our core hours are 09:30 - 16:00; you can work around these to suit you!

The Customer Insights Analyst will play a key role in transforming customer data into clear, actionable insight that drives smarter marketing, product and commercial decisions across Pharmacy2U. The role is ideal for someone curious and commercially minded, who enjoys exploring customer behaviour, uncovering what drives retention and engagement, and turning complex datasets into meaningful recommendations. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll analyse patient journeys, identify opportunities to improve targeting and experience, support the development of insight dashboards for senior leaders, and help evaluate the impact of new products, pathways and services. You’ll work within a modern data environment using SQL, Power BI, CRM and web analytics tools to deliver insight that shapes customer strategy and supports long‑term growth.

What you’ll be doing?
* Deliver clear, actionable insight that supports customer acquisition, retention and long‑term growth strategies across the business.
* Work closely with the Lead Customer Insight Analyst to maximise the value of the Single Customer View (SCV) for analysis and decision‑making.
* Support the development and application of customer segmentation frameworks — including behavioural, lifecycle and demographic models — to enhance targeting and personalisation.
* Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour to inform marketing strategy and optimise channel effectiveness.
* Build intuitive dashboards and reports in Power BI that communicate insights clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Support test‑and‑learn activity across marketing and customer journeys by designing measurement frameworks and analysing experiment outcomes.
* Partner with marketing and commercial teams to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
* Maintain strong data quality and governance standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of insight.
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, economics or similar
* Experience working with GA4, BigQuery or similar web analytics and cloud data platforms
* Knowledge of churn, retention, lifetime value or cross‑sell modelling techniques
* Experience using Python or another scripting language for analysis or automation
* Background in healthcare, eCommerce, digital health or subscription‑based businesses (desirable)
* Confident SQL skills, with experience querying large datasets and transforming data into meaningful insight
* Advanced capability in Power BI, including building insight‑driven dashboards and reports for non‑technical stakeholders
* Proven experience delivering customer or marketing insight that supports acquisition, retention and growth strategies
* Skilled at presenting complex data and insights clearly to stakeholders across marketing, commercial and product teams
* Effective data storytelling and commercial thinking, with a focus on actionable recommendations
