As a Sales Progressor you will:
* Understand the buying a house process from start to finish and be the point of contact for your customers
* Receive fully packaged files from the team from your branch
* Introduce yourself to clients when they have agreed a sale
* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors and other estate agents
* Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the home buying process
* Follow up with all parts of the chain to ensure things are progressing in the quickest possible time
* Upsell financial services/solicitors/ surveys to support customers on their journey
* Manage the home buying process to ensure successful completion
* Ensure that our customers are given the highest level of service possible at all times
* Completion Forecasting
Who are we looking for?
* Proven experience in Sales Progression or Estate Agency
* Strong knowledge of the house buying process
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Great Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
* Experience using CRM Systems

Hours of work are 09:00-17:30(Monday–Thursday), 09:00-17:00(Friday).
