Provide regular feedback to the Chair of the Parish Centre Committee on general progress including emerging issues and/or issues of concern. Provide administration support to the Parish Centre Management Committee. Attend AGM of Parish Centre Committee to review progress with oversight of staff and Volunteers for whom postholder is responsible. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Ensure Parish Centre finances are managed in accordance with Diocesan standards. RISK Ensure all Health & Safety regulations and processes are in place and regularly reviewed. SAFEGUARDING Ensure all policies and procedures for the protection of children and young people and vulnerable adults, and those who work with them, are in place and implemented. CATERING/EQUIPMENT Monitor and oversee functions within the Parish Centre and its facilities; Skills: General Admin financial admin Health & Safety safeguarding ADZN1_NI
