Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era. The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and advanced AI capabilities, driving the development and implementation of AI agents that automate workflows, optimize processes, and deliver tangible business value across our existing operations. You will work within cross-functional teams, bringing a strong technical background and a product-oriented mindset to solve complex challenges. What You'll Do Ideation & Discovery: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven solutions and workflow automation. Conduct thorough needs assessments, define problem statements, and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Solution Design & Architecture: Design end-to-end AI and automation solutions, selecting appropriate off the self applications, machine learning models, no-code platforms, algorithms, and technologies (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, RPA) to address identified problems. Develop solution architectures that are scalable, robust, and maintainable within our existing infrastructure. Development & Implementation: Build, test, and deploy AI agents and automated workflows. This includes data acquisition, preparation, model training, evaluation, and integration with existing systems and applications. Prototyping & Experimentation: Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI solutions to demonstrate feasibility and gather early feedback. Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize model performance. Automation & Integration: Implement robust automation scripts and processes to streamline workflows, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. Ensure seamless integration of AI components into our existing technology stack. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation details, and operational procedures. Share knowledge and best practices with team members. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business users throughout the entire AI product lifecycle. Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Stay Current: Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure our solutions remain at the cutting edge. What You'll Bring: 5 years experience in industry, and at least 2 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions and automating workflows in a professional setting Strong proficiency in GenAI and no-code tools on the market Experience with data manipulation, cleaning, and feature engineering. Experience with workflow automation tools and concepts (e.g., RPA platforms, scripting, API integrations). Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Understanding of agentic AI and the opportunities it offers Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team.
