Reception Teacher – Maternity Cover (Ramsbottom) Key Details: Location: Ramsbottom Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Until December 2027 Pay: £120–£180 per day (AWR applicable) Year Group: Reception (EYFS) Full-time maternity cover The Role: Teaching a Reception class within EYFS Planning, delivering, and assessing in line with the EYFS framework Following long-term curriculum overviews Using White Rose Maths and Read Write Inc phonics (experience desirable) Creating a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive early years environment Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Career Teacher (ECT) status EYFS training is mandatory Strong phonics teaching experience is essential Experience with Read Write Inc and White Rose Maths is advantageous Ability to effectively plan, deliver, and assess within EYFS Commitment to supporting early development and wellbeing If you are passionate about early years education and ready to make a positive impact, we would love to hear from you.
