What you'll be doing
* Lead strategic consulting projects from concept through delivery, ensuring client requirements and deadlines are met.
* Support business growth by developing proposals, identifying client needs, and participating in pitching for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
* Manage and mentor a global team of consultants while contributing to thought leadership and industry presence.
The experience you'll need
* Substantial experience in strategy or management consulting, focused on life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Commercial experience in proposal development, project scoping, and collaborating with business development teams to secure new engagements.
* Subject matter expertise in healthcare practice areas such as digital transformation, patient engagement, or medical affairs.
Salary: £70-90k plus bonuses and a superb benefits pack.
