Payroll Administrator
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 (FTE)

Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality work? We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance or payroll to play a key role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Check timesheets and process monthly payrolls accurately and on schedule
* Liaise with our external payroll provider and HR department
* Complete payroll reconciliations and respond to payroll-related queries
* Support sales and purchase ledger tasks as needed
* Participate in other projects as required
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures

About You
Essential:
* Experience in a finance or payroll role
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems (Sage)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
* Good time management
* Appreciation for confidentiality
* Team and customer service focused
* Commitment to continuous improvement
* Willingness to undertake training and a flexible approach to tasks
Desirable:
* Finance-related school or college qualifications
* Experience within the social care sector
