FMAS Group Ltd is seeking an experienced International Pharmaceutical Export Manager to lead and grow our international pharmaceutical export division.
This is a senior commercial role focused on developing profitable export markets, building distributor networks, negotiating with manufacturers, and supporting the Company’s international growth strategy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sustainable revenue, improving margins, and establishing strong export systems, reporting processes, and market development plans.
Key Responsibilities
As International Pharmaceutical Export Manager, you will:
* Develop and execute the Company’s international export strategy.
* Identify and prioritise high-potential pharmaceutical export markets.
* Secure, onboard, and manage international distributors.
* Negotiate pricing, supply terms, and commercial agreements with manufacturers and suppliers.
* Identify, assess, and manage pharmaceutical tender opportunities.
* Oversee key export documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, invoices, and legalisation requirements.
* Implement export reporting systems, internal processes, and SOPs.
* Monitor revenue, profit, margin performance, and market development progress.
* Deliver agreed commercial targets and support long-term international growth.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in pharmaceutical exports, international trade, or healthcare distribution.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
* Experience dealing with distributors, manufacturers, suppliers, or tender opportunities.
* Understanding of export documentation and international supply requirements.
* Ability to build structured processes, reporting systems, and SOPs.
* Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills.
* A target-driven mindset with the ability to grow revenue and profitability.
Salary & Benefits
* Base salary: £75,000 per annum, paid monthly.
* Annual performance bonus: Up to 20%, based on export division performance, including revenue growth, profit generated, margin performance, and strategic development.

Notice Period
This role is subject to a 3-month notice period by either party.

Due to the senior and commercially sensitive nature of the role, the successful candidate will be required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding pricing structures, supplier terms, manufacturer agreements, distributor arrangements, and tender strategies.
A 12-month post-termination non-solicitation clause will apply.
