The successful Project Manager will operate across the West Midlands in a variety of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education, student accommodation, hotels, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure. ROLE As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering projects from inception to completion, overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle. You will lead project teams, liaise directly with clients, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and to a high standard. You will be responsible for managing sites primarily across the West Midlands, with exposure to a broad range of sectors including commercial, residential, industrial, education, student accommodation, hotels, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure.
