Technical Sales Specialist Heat Transfer Fluids (North of England & Scotland) Field-Based | Full-Time | £30,000 to £35,000 basic | OTE up to £60,000 | Car Allowance | Uncapped Commission Were recruiting for a field-based Technical Sales Specialist to cover the North of England and Scotland, selling specialist heat transfer and thermal management fluids into a wide range of industrial and engineering-led customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out with customers, developing new business, and managing their own territory. Full product and industry training will be provided. The Role Field-based technical sales position covering North of England & Scotland Mixture of new business development and account management Visiting customer sites and building long-term relationships Selling into engineering, site teams, procurement and buying teams Managing your own territory plan and diary Providing a consultative, solution-led sales approach Negotiating pricing and commercial terms Using CRM to track activity, pipeline and forecasts Working closely with internal teams to support technical enquiries and deliver customer solutions What Were Looking For Experience in technical sales, field sales, or an engineering-led sales environment Confident communicating with engineers and technical stakeholders Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach Commercially aware and motivated by winning new business Organised, proactive and able to manage a patch effectively Full UK driving licence essential Willingness to travel across the North and Scotland Industry experience is helpful, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
