Mechanical Supervisor for Offshore Projects
Perform as a Mechanical Supervisor for Offshore Projects (Fixed Platforms and FPSO) and report to the Site Manager/Project Manager of the project.
Responsibilities include:
1. Leading contractors in field construction activities while maintaining high safety standards; ensuring all construction activities comply with authorities, industrial, and company HSE standards and requirements.
2. Delivering construction and maintenance work in a safe, quality, and timely manner.
3. Driving contractor management to improve productivity, mechanization, contractor competency & assurance, including developing relevant work procedures and QA/QC.
4. Organizing and chairing job hazard analysis meetings to identify and mitigate construction hazards.
5. Checking the accuracy of approved construction drawings and documentation for execution.
6. Providing conceptual ideas for field route piping and producing quality sketches.
7. Assisting the Site Manager/Project Manager in developing site work scope specifications.
8. Conducting construction kick-off meetings with contractors.
9. Verifying contractor personnel records and work procedures applicable to the job.
10. Carrying out mechanical line and equipment checks, coordinating civil and E&I activities, and preparing construction progress reports.
11. Coordinating with other disciplines for project integration at the site to facilitate handover.
12. Organizing Mechanical Completion reviews and assisting in operation readiness reviews for project handover.
