As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment of talent across our ever-growing nursery group.

What’s Involved?
Identifying and implementing creative approaches to attracting top talent.
Producing and managing adverts and communicating with candidates.
Identifying and implementing ways of improving candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Building collaborative relationships with the wider team to ensure a strong approach to achieving recruitment targets.
Working with our HR system to assist hiring managers with their candidate management.
This role will involve some travel to events and occasionally to some of our fantastic nursery settings What a Recruitment Administrator needs:
Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
Experience in the Early Years sector is desirable
Competence with Microsoft packages
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work well within a team.
