Job Description

3. Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
4. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
5. Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.
6. Coordinate and manage employee training and development programmes.
7. Respond to HR-related enquiries and provide guidance to employees when required.
8. Prepare and distribute internal communications and documentation as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and company policies.
10. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects in the Liverpool office.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Interim People Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in a Human Resources or administrative role within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
14. Good understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
