Location: Nationwide Hybrid (closest office location)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week

The Role
As a Customer and Policy Communications Assistant, you will support the creation, review and delivery of customer communications and policy documentation. You will work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure all communications are accurate, compliant and written in a clear, customer-friendly style.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-focused and passionate about ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in drafting, editing and reviewing customer and policy communications
* Ensure all documents meet compliance and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with teams across the business including Customer Experience, Operations and Compliance
* Help maintain templates and records of customer and policy documents
* Support the continuous improvement of communication processes and standards
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
* Experience in administration, communications or customer support roles
* Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A customer-first mindset with the ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes
* Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience within insurance or another regulated industry would be an advantage, but not essential
