Job Description
4. Carry out reactive repairs, replacements, and improvements in tenanted social housing properties, focusing on joinery tasks such as doors, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms
5. Work independently or as part of a maintenance team, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service across various housing schemes
The Successful Applicant
A successful applicant should have:
6. Proven experience in joinery, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance.
7. Ideally have relevant qualifications in carpentry & joinery (NVQs or City & Guilds)
8. Ability to work in occupied homes with sensitivity and professionalism.
9. Basic multi-trade skills are advantageous.
10. Full UK driving licence is required.
11. Own van required
12. Own tools required

13. Competitive hourly rate up to £23.00, depending on experience.

15. 37.5 hours paid per week
16. 45p per mile
