* Engaging pharmacists across the UK through outbound calls
* Building rapport and communicating the value of educational resources
* Securing e-consent in a clear, compliant, and professional way
* Recording accurate information in internal systems
* Handling objections with confidence and professionalism
* Contributing to team targets and overall campaign success
