What You’ll Do
* Deliver engaging theory and practical sessions in line with awarding body requirements.
* Teach core esports areas including:
* Event and tournament production
* Games design fundamentals
* Live streaming and broadcast technologies
* Health, wellbeing and performance in esports
* Digital content creation
* Plan and deliver lessons that reflect real-world esports environments, industry standards, and current practice.
* Lead and support competitive team activities, enrichment programmes, and external events such as tournaments and showcases.
* Assess learner work, provide clear and constructive feedback, and support progress and achievement.
* Maintain industry-standard esports facilities, including gaming PCs, peripherals, streaming setups, software and platforms.
* Provide pastoral and academic support, helping learners stay motivated, confident and on track to achieve their goals.
* Work collaboratively with curriculum teams, support staff and employers to continually develop and enhance the esports curriculum.

What You’ll Bring
* Strong knowledge of competitive esports titles and current industry trends
* Experience in coaching, facilitating teams, or running events (educational or industry)
* Confidence with streaming platforms, broadcast equipment, or production software
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A commitment to inclusive, student‑focused teaching
* A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential
