Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
We are looking to recruit an Area Cleaning Supervisor to cover key customer contracts across Hemel Hempstead, Watford and Hatfield.
1. Monday to Friday
2. 40 hours per week, 8am to 4.30pm
3. £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
A Full UK Driving License is required, a company vehicle will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
4. Supervise and motivate cleaning operators to achieve the highest level of service to the client
5. Effectively carry out site inspections using our in house system and carry out quotes
6. Ensure works are delivered to the required standards
7. Represent the business and meet client representatives on sites
What are we looking for?
8. UK Manual Driving Licence
9. Experience managing cleaning and grounds maintenance teams.
10. IT literate (use of tablet, smart phone apps)
11. Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
