The Role
As the Building Services Senior Coordinator, youll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and compliance of building systems and services. Working closely with an outsourced M&E service partner and a small in-house team, youll ensure that all building systems run smoothly, safely, and in line with high corporate standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the delivery of high-quality building services across the site.
Oversee mechanical and electrical systems via the outsourced partner, including service engineer supervision, work approval, and invoice reconciliation.
Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and contractor performance, and manage all building maintenance and repair activities.
