Accounts Administrator

Location: Hybrid (Home-based with occasional office requirements in Milton Keynes)

Contract: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9am – 5pm (30 hours per week)

Salary: £13.50 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join the team with our client.

About Us

Our client has been providing specialist IT services for over 25 years, supporting several major UK retailers. With a strong reputation for reliability and customer service, we work closely with our clients to deliver efficient, tailored solutions that keep their operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

* Checking and verifying engineer timesheets, hours, expenses, and mileage claims
* Recording and reporting data accurately on various spreadsheets
* Cross-matching information on customer portals to ensure accuracy
* Updating and maintaining customer spreadsheets for weekly reporting
* Assisting with wages, payments, and general data entry across multiple departments

Skills & Experience

* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to handle large volumes of data entry accurately
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Previous experience in accounts administration or data entry (preferred)
* Clear communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams as well as independently using your own initiative
