Starting pro-rata salary: £25,838 Start date: 3 September 2026 We are looking for a positive and proactive individual to oversee and coordinate our focus room (internal suspension) promoting a forward-thinking approach and making a significant contribution to minimising student poor behaviour. You will also lead on management of detentions and behaviour data reporting. This role will support leaders in the coordination of student and pastoral support plans. The right candidate will embody our warm and strict approach to building excellent relationships across the school. You will be joining a very successful pastoral team and you must have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills as well as a positive attitude to working with young people and experience of working as part of a team.
