Insite Manager
Site-based | Permanent | Operational Leadership Role
Were looking for an experienced Insite Manager to take full ownership of an embedded, on-site operation within a customer manufacturing environment.
This is a high-responsibility, customer-facing role where youll drive commercial performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement acting as the primary link between the customer and the wider supply operation.
The Role
As Insite Manager, youll be fully accountable for the success of the on-site operation, including:
1. Acting as the principal on-site interface with the customer
2. Managing and leading the site-based team, ensuring consistent service delivery
3. Owning sales, margin, and cost-saving performance for the site
4. Identifying and delivering cost reduction and efficiency improvements
5. Driving revenue growth through spend consolidation and added-value services
6. Coordinating technical support and supplier involvement to improve reliability
7. Managing on-site stock, consignment, and traceability where applicable
8. Producing monthly performance reports, P&L updates, and action plans
9. Maintaining daily engagement with customer engineering and operations teams
10. Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety standards
