The Role
As a Legal Secretary, you will provide dedicated support to a Partner and the wider Commercial Property team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of files and client matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial and administrative support to a Partner
* Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments
* Preparing and formatting legal documentation
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties in a professional manner
* Opening and managing client files in line with compliance procedures
* Assisting with billing, file management, and general office administration
About You
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, ideally within property (commercial or residential)
* Strong typing and document formatting skills
* Excellent organisational ability and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with strong client care skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
