You will be working at the centre of complex digital transformation projects that help safeguard the UK. Key Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to capture and translate business requirements into actionable outcomes. Analyse business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for optimisation. Facilitate workshops and document user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Support the delivery of transformation programmes within Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Provide insights and recommendations through data visualisation and analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Contribute to defining product-centric operating models and ensuring solutions meet client needs. Skills and Experience Required Active SC clearance is essential and willingness to undergo DV clearance. Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Defence, Government, or wider Public Sector environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear requirements. Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
