About the Role:
We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment in the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.
Responsibilities:
* Engage new leads, convert them into active clients
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
* Upsell and cross-sell financial products or services
* Provide high-level client support to boost retention
* Meet and exceed KPIs in a performance-driven setting
Requirements:
* Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.
* 1–2+ years’ experience in conversion/retention
* Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses
* Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven team
