Duties
* Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
* Support the implementation of individual care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
* Monitor and record patients' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, fostering a positive environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the care home or home care setting.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Drive patients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Requirements
* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
* Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
* Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
* A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting patients when necessary.
