Full time, M-F 9-5 Based in Dunfermline Competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience What your day to day will involve: -Manage job assignments and schedules across Scotland -Conduct weekly and monthly payroll runs -Use Xero for financial tasks and invoicing -Perform data entry, filing, and supply management -Answer calls professionally with excellent etiquette -Assist in creating reports and presentations -Keep accurate records of office activities in the CRM system -Provide support to team members as needed What skills and experience we're looking for: -Experience within administration with a high attention to detail -Excellent communication skills -Proficient typing skills for efficient documentation.
