Day Shift | £18£20 per hour (DOE)
Were looking for an experienced CNC Cell Leader to join a growing engineering team in Coventry. This is a hands-on role leading a small CNC machining cell while ensuring high standards of quality, output, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team within a CNC machining cell
Set, operate, and programme CNC machines
Oversee workflow, quality checks, and daily production targets
Troubleshoot machining issues and optimise processes
Train and mentor operators to maintain high performance
Requirements
Strong CNC machining background
Essential: Experience with Heidenhain controls
Ability to read and work from technical drawings
Leadership or supervisory experience (advantageous but not essential)
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
